I have always really loved art and drawing, so when I grew up I majored in....Mechanical Engineering of course!

My favorite medium is gouache. Pronounced "gwash", this paint is actually the same composition as watercolor but comes out opaque.

Gouache was a favorite medium of early illustrators, before the days of computer graphics. However, I think it is perfectly suited to fine art. I always use paint and materials that I have personally checked to meet international standards of lightfastness and conservation quality.

As you might be able to tell, my favorite things to draw are animals.
